FAQs

WHy SHOULD I CHOOSE EXECUTIVE OR CAREER CLARITY COACHING WITH DANIELLE?

I work with mid-career professionals in the environmental, sustainability, or mission-driven sector who are 1) looking professional growth and development and are interested in executive coaching or 2) looking to make a career pivot and are in search of career clarity coaching.

My style of coaching is focused on empowering people to create real change that brings about a greater sense of fulfillment, inspiration, and energy. To get to this point, my coaching process is partly introspective: I help my clients sort through all of the ideas swirling in their head so they feel clarity on the direction forward. Once we have clarity on direction, I emphasize and foster action to create change that is practical, positive, inspiring, and energizing.

I DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT I NEED. I'M NOT EVEN SURE IF I SHOULD SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION.

It is common for potential clients to reach out to me, and not know exactly what they are needing. When we are faced with lots of options, it's difficult to have clarity. Our minds go in lots of directions. In our consult call, I can help you better frame your question in order to determine if coaching is right for you.

The consultation call is an opportunity to get your questions answered and for me to determine if you are a good fit for my coaching packages.

I AM DOUBTFUL THAT MY LIFE CAN TRULY CHANGE FOR THE BETTER.

I get that completely. Because long ago when I was searching for change, I would have doubted coaching could even help. After you’ve tried and failed to find a solution it seems impossible to imagine how coaching could make the difference.

Indeed, many of my clients signed up for coaching doubtful they could make changes. Check out my testimonials sections to see what others have said.

Remember, the purpose of a consultation is to see if coaching is a fit for you and whether you are a fit for the coaching I offer. If you are still curious, consider reaching out.

IS COACHING RIGHT FOR ME?

Coaching may or may not be a good fit for you. My most successful clients are those who are introspective, willing to try new approaches, and are tenacious about taking action for change. Are you ready to really make a deeper investment into your career growth? Do you want to make changes in your career but aren't sure how or where to start? Have you already tried to make changes only to get stalled or find yourself right back where you started? If you've answered yes to any of these questions, then coaching may be exactly what you need.

I won’t tell you working with a coach changes your life overnight. But working with a coach can help you define your path forward. The people I work with walk away feeling clarity and inspiration about the path they have chosen. They have a plan to move forward — one they feel good about. And they begin to take action.

One of my central roles is to help people find clarity about their direction whether its career growth or a career transition. I help you develop a realistic plan for change that excites you, without compromising away your goals and values. With my help, they create a plan and take meaningful steps to make it happen.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

My coaching services start at $1,400 and start with a 2 or 3 month engagement. After a consultation, I provide options for coaching based on your needs.

I FEEL I’VE ALREADY TRIED EVERYTHING. HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT?

I get it. When clients come to me, they’re feeling frustrated that they can’t figure it out themselves. Coaching is different because you have the benefit of someone who can both guide you through a process of inquiry, curiosity, and experimentation while also reflecting back to you your priorities.

One role I play is helping my clients sort through all of their ideas and helping them land on a direction — whether for their career, life, or both — and then creating a clear direction forward. Sometimes, that means putting pen to paper and creating a career strategy. Other times, it is a plan of action.

I am strong helping people see through the noise in their head to pull out the most important problems they need to solve and the range of solutions and strategies before them.

Having that external partner in a coach can help you define the best potential pathway for you more quickly than you can on your own. You don’t have to feel stuck, confused, or overwhelmed by all of the options.

HOW DOES COACHING WORK?

Typically, a new coaching client will engage for a 2, 3, or 6 month package where they coach every two weeks. If you need coaching on a weekly basis, I can make that happen. I deploy several assessments depending on the needs and desire of my clients so they can get a better handle on the issues they bring my way. Together, I partner with my clients to identify strategies, action steps, and a realistic plan to create a clear and confident path forward that excites them about their future. As your coach, I provide you with a supportive place to discuss fears and concerns, dream big, weigh options, and envision possibilities.
